My name is Brittany and for as long as I can remember I’ve always wanted to become a writer…
I worked at a garden center and as a landscaper for many years. I learned quite a bit about planning, building and maintaining a beautiful yard with landscape beds. One of the biggest benefits is getting to enjoy the fresh air, soaking up the sun and breathing in the fresh smell of the earth.
My husband, Randy, has carpentry experience and enjoys any type of woodworking project both large and small. From building a new deck or chicken coops to turning wine stoppers and mugs on a lathe he is constantly learning and trying new things. All of his finished pieces are beautiful!
We bought our first home in 2018 and wanted to stay close to our family in Southeastern MA. We have a rescue pup, Bella, who enjoys spending time with her Mum and Dad and helping with any project that she can. We keep chickens for both eggs and meat, ducks for their eggs, and rabbits for their meat and pelts. We are both animal lovers at heart and will be adding more at some point, it is just a matter of deciding what kind and when.
Many of our recent experiences have sparked my lifelong desires of writing. Randy and I have decided to share our story and experiences… Heartwarming, heart wrenching, and everything in between we hope you enjoy!
